Proteins are essential components of living cells, and amino acids are the building blocks of proteins. Some of them (non-essential amino acids) our body can produce, but the rest (essential amino acids) must be obtained from an external source, through diet. Branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) form a special category of essential amino acids. In this category, there are three amino acids together: L-leucine, L-isoleucine, and L-valine.
Our flavored BCAA Zero beverage powder provides more than just the combination of L-leucine, L-valine, and L-isoleucine, as it is also supplemented with glutamine, which is produced by our body as well. It also contains vitamin B6, which not only promotes normal energy metabolism but also helps reduce fatigue and weakness.

Mix 1 serving (9g = 2 scoops = 1 tablespoon) with 300 ml of water in a shaker bottle. Take it 15 minutes before training. Do not exceed the recommended daily (24-hour) dosage! Consult your doctor or pharmacist about the recommended duration of use.
